About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Item 11-1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2006 No. 372 "About measures for development of agroecotourism in the Republic of Belarus":

in part one of figure "2020" to replace with figures "2025";

after part one to add Item with part of the following content:

"By provision by Belagroprombank open joint stock company to one subject of agroecotourism of several credits on the conditions provided in part one of this Item the cumulative extreme size of one-time debt on all existing credit agreements of these subject of agroecotourism (less the amount of repaid debt on them) no more than 2000 basic sizes proceeding from the size of basic size established for date of the conclusion of the last credit agreement shall be observed.";

1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2017 No. 365 "About development of agroecotourism":

add Item 1 with part of the following content:

"The subject of agroecotourism has the right to perform activities for rendering services in the field of agroecotourism in the territory of two agroecoestates conforming to the requirements established in paragraph four of Item 12 of this Decree.";
