1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2015 No. 4 "About approval of forms of notifications and Regulations of Admission of notifications by state bodies, and also about determination of the state bodies performing acceptance of notifications" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10194, it is published on April 1, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following change:

to state appendix 4 to the specified order in edition according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to development department of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister national economies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since November 10, 2020.
