1. "24. Public hearings are carried out by authorized body or its territorial subdivision, including with the organization of online broadcastings, with providing easy access of participants of public hearings.

In case of introduction in the country of emergency state, restrictive actions, including quarantine, the authorized body or its territorial subdivisions carry out public hearings by means of online broadcastings.

When carrying out public hearings by means of online broadcastings department of authorized body or its territorial subdivision, no later than ten calendar days before date of public hearings, posts in social networks the announcement of the forthcoming public hearing with indication of date and the reference to online broadcast of public hearings.

25. The head of department of authorized body or its territorial subdivision appoints the chairman and the secretary of public hearings from number of persons employed of department of authorized body or its territorial subdivision.

The secretary of public hearings takes the protocol in writing.".

2. To provide to committee on regulation of natural monopolies in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
