Article 1

Accreditation of representation of the foreign legal entity performing activities in the field of civil aviation is performed in time no more than twenty five working days from the date of submission of the relevant documents together with the statement for accreditation in the federal executive body performing functions on rendering the state services and management of state-owned property in the field of air transport (civil aviation).

The state fee in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about taxes and fees is paid for implementation of accreditation.
