About modification and amendments in the Code of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Code of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 30, 2017 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2017, No. 5, 4.1, Art. 270) the following change and amendment:
1. Regarding 1 Article 60 of the word "authorized state bodies in spheres of health care and education" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on supervision in the field of science and education".
2. Add Article 64 with part 3 following of content:
"3. Scientific activities in the field of health care are controlled by authorized state body on supervision in the field of science and education with involvement of authorized state body in the field of health care.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
