In paragraph one of part 2 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About procedure and conditions of detention of suspects, persons accused and defendants" of June 28, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, Art. 433; 2013, No. 12, Art. 883; 2016, No. 3, Art. 135, No. 5, Art. 363; 2020, 1, the Art. 12) the words "or licenses for the right of lawyer activities" shall be replaced with words No. "and the lawyer certificate".
