About some questions of activities of the Single operator of marking and traceability of goods

According to the subitem 41) of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Determine the following functions of the Single operator of marking and traceability of goods:

1) ensuring interaction with the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union in the field of marking of goods means of identification;

2) ensuring uninterrupted access for participants of turnover of goods to information system of marking and traceability of goods (further - IS MPT) taking into account single requirements in the field of information and communication technologies and the ensuring information security approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 20, 2016 No. 832;

3) the conclusion of contracts with the third parties, and also delegation to the affiliated organizations of functions for consolidation of contractual relations and settlement with participants of turnover of goods, to ensuring access to IS MPT, the National catalog of goods and drawing funds of identification for goods;

4) approval of forms of the standard agreements, instructions and other documents regulating organizational technical aspects of functioning of IS MPT and the National catalog of goods.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
