For the purpose of forming and ensuring realization of single state policy concerning development and functioning of the security market and their derivatives, coordination of activities of state bodies concerning functioning in Ukraine of the security market and according to Article 3, of 7, "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 8 Laws of Ukraine:
1. Approve the Provision concerning the organization of activities of banks and their separate divisions when implementing of professional activity by them in the stock market it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 18.05.99 N 104 "About approval of the Provision concerning the organization of activities of commercial banks in the security market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.05.99 for N 321/3614.
3. To the banks performing professional activity in the security market within six months from the date of action acquisition by this decision to bring the activities into accord with the requirements established by this decision.
