About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on part (2) article 34 of the Law No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 59-65, 120), with subsequent changes, and Item b) parts (3) article 41 of the Law No. 279/2017 on informing consumers concerning foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 7-17, 54), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In Item 132 of the Regulations on the procedures and documents concerning System of identification and traceability of animals, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1093/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 165-167, 1152), with subsequent changes, to replace the text of "The veterinary sanitary standard concerning classification and system of labeling of meat of cattle and products from meat of cattle" with the text of "The regulation concerning labeling of meat of cattle and products from meat of cattle".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 1209/2007 about provision of services of public catering (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 180-183, 1281), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in preamble the text "The law on foodstuff No. 78-XV of March 18, 2004. (2004, Art. No. 83-87, 431)" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text "The law No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 59-65, 120)";
