According to the subitem 5 of Item 11 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of October 17, 2019 No. 199-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for provision of administrative services in the field of construction and creation of Single state electronic system in the field of construction", in pursuance of the subitem 12 of Item 2 of the Actions plan on creation and implementation of Single state electronic system in the field of the construction approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 20, 2020 No. 565-r, and Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 25, 2019 to No. 850), I ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories of Ukraine of December 2, 2019 No. 285 "About approval of the Procedure for functioning of electronic office in the field of town-planning activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 12, 2019 for No. 1238/34209.
2. To management of space planning of the territories and architecture (Plashchenko E.) together with Legal department (Chepelyuk A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Lozinsky Century.
