Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 400-FZ "About insurance pensions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 52, Art. 6965; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4183; 2018, No. 41, Art. 6190) following changes:

1) in Article 17:

"3.1. To parents who are guardians of persons from among incapacitated disabled people since the childhood (if these persons are not on complete state providing) and dependent on whom there are also disabled family members specified in part 3 of this Article, increase in fixed payment to insurance pension on old age and to insurance pension on the disability provided by parts 3 and 3.1 of this Article are established no more than on three family members.";

c) regarding 4 words "dependent on which there are disabled family members specified in Items 1, 3 and 4 parts 2 of article 10 of this Federal Law" shall be replaced with words "having the right to increase in fixed payment to insurance pension on old age and to insurance pension on disability according to parts 3 and 3.1 of this Article", to replace figures "1 - 3" with figures "1 - 3.1";
