About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About land management"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About land management" of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 2, Art. 21; 2016, No. 7, Art. 621) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- the fourth and seventeenth to exclude paragraphs;

- to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"-land management objects - the territory of administrative and territorial units, settlements, limits of land use, the parcels of land and their parts;";

- the sixteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-recovery of lands - package of measures, the fertile layers of earth performed for recovery;".

2. To exclude paragraph two of Article 3.

3. State Article 4 in the following edition:

"Article 4. Principles of land management

Land management is based on the following principles:

- security of steady land use;

- compatibility of economic interests and environmental protection;

- preference in agricultural land use;

- cost, social and ecological efficiency of the organization of the territories;

- feasibility of different forms of managing;

- security of integrity of the parcels of land under the organization of new land use;

- publicity in carrying out and propaganda of land management actions.".

4. In Article 5:

- to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 5. Purpose and tasks of land management";

- add with part one of the following content:
