Part 1 of article 97 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About enforcement proceeding" of March 20, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 3, Art. 192; 2010, No. 7, Art. 543; 2012, No. 7, Art. 717; 2019, No. 1, the Art. 9, No. 6, the Art. 315) after the word "education" to add with words ", undergone obligatory compulsory military service (except for women, and also the men having military IDs except persons passing military service as a part of mobilization draft reserve)".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication. Provisions of article 1 of this Law are not applied to the citizens who are employees of bodies of execution to its introduction in force.
