1. In heading and Item 1 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 6, 2013 No. 1414 "About approval of the Regulations on features of implementation of activities for asset management of institution investors", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2013 for No. 1486/24018 (with changes) to add with words "(activities for asset management)".

2. Bring in the Regulations on features of implementation of activities for asset management of institution investors approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 6, 2013 No. 1414, No. 1486/24018 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2013 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

add heading with words "(activities for asset management)";

Items 1, of 4, of 5, 9 and paragraphs the first, fifth Item 10 of the Section I after the word "investor" to add with words "(activities for asset management)";
