About commissioning of the Belarusian nuclear power plant

1. Perform:

commissioning of the first block of the Belarusian nuclear power plant (further - the NPP) in 2021;

commissioning of the NPP in the first half of the year 2022.

2. Determine that:

commissioning of the NPP is performed according to the programs of commissioning of the first and second blocks of the NPP approved by the operator (the operating organization) of the NPP - RUP "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant";

date of commissioning of the first block of the NPP is signature date members of inspection of the acceptance act in operation of start-up complex of the first block of the NPP finished with construction;

date of commissioning of the NPP is signature date members of inspection of the acceptance act in operation of start-up complex of the second block of the NPP finished with construction.

3. Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

determines procedure for acceptance for operation of start-up complexes of blocks of the NPP and the list of the state bodies and other organizations issuing the conclusions in case of acceptance for operation of these start-up complexes;

at least in 40 days prior to the planned date of commissioning of each block appoints inspections;

approves acceptance acts in operation of start-up complexes of blocks of the NPP finished with construction.

4. To provide to Department of Energy together with the interested republican state bodies the organization of commissioning of blocks of the NPP.

5. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in three-months time to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
