About modification of the Regulations on procedure for the termination of mutual investment fund

1. Third the subitem 3 of Item 5 of the Section II of Provisions on procedure for the termination of the mutual investment fund approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 19, 2013 No. 2605, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2013 for No. 2128/24660, to add the paragraph with the new offer of the following content:

"In case of availability in the protocol or other document containing the decision on liquidation of Fund, data on the consent of all members of Fund to implementation of calculations by others, than means, assets of Fund, the Procedure calculations on condition of observance of requirements of parts three and the fourth article 47 of the Law, shall contain procedure of payments with members of Fund others, than means, assets".

2. To department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market () provide Kurochkin I.:

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
