About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning use of atomic energy

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

Article 6. Competence of state bodies on ensuring radiation safety

1. Are within the competence of authorized state body in use of atomic energy:

1) realization of state policy in the field of ensuring radiation safety of the population, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of use of atomic energy;
