in the Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies approved by the specified resolution:
to exclude subitem 1-1) of part one of item 4;
the eighth Item 24 to exclude part;
state Items 26 and 27 in the following edition:
"26. The authorized body on budget implementation based on the provided petition draws the conclusion about opportunity or impossibility of assignment within the means provided in reserves on urgent costs of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies.
27. In case of the positive conclusion on the petition of state body the draft decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the relevant local executive body about assignment, respectively, from reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan or local executive body on urgent costs is prepared by this state body in the procedure established by the legislation.
