About approval of the Regulations on creation of subsidiary bank, branch and representative office of the Ukrainian bank in the territory of other states
According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", requirements of Articles 3, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory framework concerning creation of subsidiary banks, branches and representative offices of the Ukrainian banks in the territory of other states of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on creations of subsidiary bank, branch and representative office of the Ukrainian bank in the territory of other states which are applied.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 30.01.2002 N45 "About Approval of the Regulations on Procedure for Creation of Subsidiary Bank, Branch and Representative Office of the Ukrainian Bank in the territory of Other States, Features of Their Closing and Implementation of Supervision" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.02.2002 for N 158/6446;
the paragraph third Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 10.07.2003 N296 "About Modification of Regulatory Legal Acts of the National Bank of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 18.07.2003 for N 619/7940.
3. To banks which created branches in the territory of other states, within three months after the introduction in operation of this resolution to bring their activities into accord to requirements of above-mentioned Provision.
