Questions of program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2021

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2021 is implemented by National service of health:

1) for primary, emergency, secondary (specialized), tertiary (highly specialized), palliative medical care, medical rehabilitation, medical care to children up to 16 years, medical care in connection with pregnancy and childbirth:

during the period from January 1 to March 31, 2021 - according to the Procedure for program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020 and the I quarter 2021 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 5, 2020 No. 65 "Some questions of program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020 and the I quarter 2021" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 18, Art. 688; 2021, No. 2, Art. 88);

during the period from April 1 to December 31, 2021 - according to the Procedure for program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in the II-IV quarters 2021 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 15, 2021 No. 133 "Some questions of program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in the II-IV quarters 2021" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 19, the Art. 792);

2) for reimbursation of medicines:

during the period from January 1 to September 30, 2021 - according to the Procedure for reimbursation of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2017 No. 152 "About ensuring availability of medicines" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 26, Art. 749; 2019, No. 21, Art. 716);
