About approval of the town-planning code of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Article 1. Approve the Town-planning code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Article 2. Recognize invalid:

1) the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 353-II of April 4, 2002 "About approval of the Town-planning code of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, Art. No. 4-5, 63);

2) the Resolution of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 354-II of April 4, 2002 "About enforcement of the Town-planning code of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, Art. No. 4-5, 64);

3) the Section XXVII of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 30, 2004 No. 621-II "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, No. 5, the Art. 90);

4) the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 7, 2006 No. ZRU-39 "About modification and amendments in the Town-planning code of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 7, the Art. 369);

5) article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 10, 2006 No. ZRU-59 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of system of legal protection and liberalization of the financial responsibility of subjects of entrepreneurship" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 10, the Art. 536);

6) article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 4, 2011 No. ZRU-278 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 1, the Art. 1);
