About entering of amendments and changes into the Constitutional law "About Batches"

Article 1. Article 5 of the Constitutional law of December 16, 2016 No. ZR-224 "About batches" (further - the Law) to add with part 4 following of content:

"4. Placement of state bodies and local government bodies, state preschool, school and other educational institutions, other state organizations in the buildings and structures belonging to batch by the property right is forbidden.".

Article 2. "1. The constituent congress makes decisions on organization of batch, adoption of the program and approval of the party charter, authorization of person (persons) on state registration, chooses from the structure the leading and exercising control bodies.";

Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. The decision on party creation is deemed accepted if most of participants of constituent congress, but at least 300 founders voted for the decision.".

Article 5. In article 9 of the Law:

1) part 2 to recognize invalid;

Item 2 of part 4 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2) at least two copies of the program reflecting tasks and the purposes of batch;";
