About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 11, 2019 No. 203 "About further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

in Regulations on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market approved by the above-named Decree:
state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. Mission of the Agency:
regulation and development of the financial market, assistance to ensuring financial stability of the financial market and the financial organizations, maintenance of trust to financial system in general and creation of equal conditions for activities of the financial organizations, branches of nonresident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, branches of the insurance (reinsurance) nonresident organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, branches of the insurance nonresident brokers of the Republic of Kazakhstan directed to maintenance of fair competition in the financial market.";
