attracts the prevention or imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from five thousand to ten thousand rubles; on officials - from ten thousand to thirty thousand rubles.

2. Production by the public association included in the register of the unregistered public associations performing functions of the foreign agent, materials either their distribution, or the direction by such public association of materials to state bodies, local government bodies, educational or other organizations without specifying on the fact that these materials are made, widespread or directed by the unregistered public association performing functions of the foreign agent -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles with confiscation of subject of administrative offense or without that; on officials - from hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles with confiscation of subject of administrative offense or without that.

3. Production by the founder, member, participant, head of the public association included in the register of the unregistered public associations performing functions of the foreign agent or person which is part of body of such public association when implementing of political activities of materials by them or their distribution including through mass media and (or) with use of Internet network, or the direction specified persons of the materials connected with implementation of political activities by them in state bodies, local government bodies, educational or other organizations without specifying on the fact that these materials are made, widespread or directed by the founder, the member, the participant, the head of the unregistered public association performing functions of the foreign agent or person which is part of body of such public association -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty in the amount of five thousand rubles with confiscation of subject of administrative offense or without that.

Note. Persons performing organizational and administrative or administrative functions in the public association functioning without acquisition of rights of the legal entity the made administrative offenses provided by this Article bear the administrative responsibility as officials.

Article 19.7.5-4. Violation of obligations by the physical person performing functions of the foreign agent

1. Non-presentation or untimely representation by the physical person performing functions of the foreign agent in authorized body of data (information) which submission is provided by the law and is necessary for implementation of the legal activities by authorized body, or submission to authorized body of such data (information) in incomplete amount or in the distorted type, or violation of procedure for submission of such data (information), except as specified, stipulated in Article 19.34.1 of this Code if these actions (failure to act) do not contain signs of penal act, -

attracts the prevention or imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles.

2. Non-execution by the physical person performing functions of the foreign agent, obligation on specifying of this status in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from ten thousand to thirty thousand rubles with confiscation of subject of administrative offense or without that.";

5) in Article 19.34:

a) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. Production by the non-profit organization included in the register of the non-profit organizations performing functions of the foreign agent, materials or their distribution including through mass media and (or) with use of Internet network or the direction this organization of materials in state bodies, local government bodies, educational or other organizations without specifying on the fact that these materials are made, widespread or directed by the non-profit organization performing functions of the foreign agent -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles with confiscation of subject of administrative offense or without that; on legal entities - from three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles with confiscation of subject of administrative offense or without that.";

b) add with part 3 following of content:

"3. Production by the founder, member, participant, head, employee of the non-profit organization included in the register of the non-profit organizations performing functions of the foreign agent or person which is part of body of such non-profit organization when implementing of political activities of materials by them or their distribution including through mass media and (or) with use of Internet network, or the direction specified persons of the materials connected with implementation of political activities by them in state bodies, local government bodies, educational or other organizations without specifying on the fact that these materials are made, widespread or directed by the founder, the member, the participant, the head, the employee of the non-profit organization performing functions of the foreign agent or person which is part of body of such non-profit organization -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty in the amount of five thousand rubles with confiscation of subject of administrative offense or without that.";

Paragraph two of part 3 of Article 19.34.1 to state 6) in the following edition:

"attracts imposing of administrative penalty on legal entities in the amount of five million rubles.";

7) in Article 23.1:

a) regarding 1 word "Article 19.7.5-2, Article" shall be replaced with words "Articles 19.7.5-2, 19.7.5-3, 19.7.5-4,";

b) third parts 3 after figures "7.16," to add the paragraph with words "parts 2.1 - 2.3 Articles 13. 15,", after words "Article 19."
