1. Approve offers of the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty, the Central bank and Uzbekzargarsanoati Association on implementation for a period of up to March 1, 2026 of procedure for realization of precious metals to producers of jewelry on the basis of the direct contract or with payment deferral condition.
Determine that:
within the State order on production of precious metals of JSC Navoiy Mining and Smelting Plant and JSC Almalyk Mining and Smelting Plant realize precious metals to producers of jewelry in the form of raw materials without resell right based on the direct agreement or through the commodity and raw exchange with implementation of 15 percent advance payment from cost and payment deferral condition for 180 days;
when implementing payments for the precious metals which were purchased with payment deferral condition on part of the payments made within 30 days, percent are not charged, and on part of the payments made from the 31st day to the 180th day inclusive, - percent in the amount of the main rate of the Central bank in proportion to days of use of possibility of payment by installments, estimated after 30 in the afternoon are charged;
when implementing of the jewelry by producers conducting activities in the jewelry centers, payments for the precious metals which were purchased with payment deferral condition on part of the payments made within 90 days, percent are not charged, and on part of the payments made from the 91st day to the 180th day inclusive, - percent in the amount of 3 annual interest rates in proportion to days of use of possibility of payment by installments estimated after the 90th day are charged;
