About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2020 No. 1496

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2020 No. 1496 "About recognition voided some acts and separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, about cancellation of some regulatory legal acts of the federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing the state ecological supervision" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 39, the Art. 6073) the following changes:
a) in appendix No. 1 to the specified resolution 4, of 8, of 9, of 17, 20 and 29 to exclude Items;
b) in appendix No. 2 to the specified resolution to exclude item 4.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
