Article 389.28 to add 1) with part five of the following content:

"5. In substantive provisions appeal sentence, determination or resolutions shall contain also explanations about procedure and terms of their appeal according to requirements of Chapter 47.1 of this Code, for the right of the convict and justified to petition for participation in consideration of criminal case by court of cassation instance.";
