In pursuance of part four of article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2006" and according to the Regulations on the State Treasury of Ukraine approved by the resolution the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 2005 N 1232, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for accomplishment by the State Treasury of Ukraine for the judgments concerning compensation of damage caused to the citizen by illegal actions of bodies of inquiry, pretrial investigation, prosecutor's office, and also courts who is applied.

2. To the chief of Legal management Zinevich O. L. provide provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Livun S. V. to provide to the head of department of the organization of clerical work and control of performing discipline bringing the order to permission of managements of the State Treasury of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol in three-day time after its registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
