1. Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in licensing of activities for development and production of remedies of confidential information.

2. Declare invalid the order of FSB of Russia of December 28, 2012 No. 683 "About approval of Administrative regulations of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in implementation of licensing of activities for development and production of remedies of confidential information" <2>.

data on TsLSZ FSB of Russia, its location, the working schedule, addresses of the website of FSB of Russia, e-mail for the direction in TsLSZ FSB of Russia of addresses electronically concerning provision of the state service, TsLSZ FSB of Russia telephone numbers for enquiries <1>;

The information access about procedure for provision of the state service is provided without accomplishment by the applicant of any requirements, including without use of the software which installation on technical means of the applicant requires the conclusion of license or other agreement with the owner of the software providing collection of payment, registration or authorization of the applicant or provision of personal data by it.

The decision on renewal (about refusal in renewal) licenses by reorganization of legal entities in the form of merge, the legal entity in the form of transformation, change of its name, the location address, and also in cases of change of the residence, surname, name and middle name (if is available) the individual entrepreneur, details of the document proving his identity is accepted in time, TsLSZ FSB of Russia of properly issued application for renewal of the license and documents of the applicant which is not exceeding 10 working days from the date of acceptance in full.
