1. Approve Regulations on procedure for approval of issue of the export licenses and commodity import determined in appendices 2, 3 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2005 N 1304, which is applied.

2. Under approval of issue of the export licenses and commodity import determined in appendices 2, 3 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2005 N 1304, to assign proceedings to Management on control of production of securities, excise stamps and documents of the strict reporting (Gosznak) (Savchenko I. I.).

3. To management on control of production of securities, excise stamps and documents of the strict reporting (Gosznak) (Savchenko I. I.) provide provision on state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of Reguretsky V. V.
