About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine" rather electronic form of document flow

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 42, Art. 212; 2013, No. 21, Art. 208; 2020, No. 10, Art. 50) following changes:

1. In Item of 1 part one of Article 4 "written" to exclude the word.

2. In Article 15:

in part three of the word "in writing" shall be replaced with words "in paper or electronic form";

in part five:

in paragraph one of the word "in writing" to exclude, add with the second offer of the following content: "The notification on result of consideration of deputy request goes in paper or electronic form with observance of requirements of the laws of Ukraine "About electronic documents and electronic document management" and "About electronic confidential services";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the word "in writing" "in paper or electronic form".

3. In Article 16:

in part one:

in the paragraph the second to exclude the words "it is stated in writing";

add with the paragraph third the following content:

"The deputy appeal is sent in paper or electronic form";

the paragraph one of part two to state in the following edition:

"2. The public authority, local government body, their officials, heads of the companies, organizations and organizations, associations of citizens to whom the deputy address is addressed shall within 10 days from the date of its obtaining consider and provide to the People's Deputy the answer to the questions which are brought up in the deputy address. In case of impossibility of consideration of the address of the People's Deputy in certain time report about it the official letter with statement of the reasons of prolongation of term of consideration. The term of consideration of the deputy address, taking into account prolongation, cannot exceed 30 days from the date of its obtaining";
