In case of untimely payment of the invoices specified in the subitem 3) of Item 6 and in the subitem 11) of Item 9 of the Agreement, the Company and (or) the Managing director shall pay to Custodian penalty in the amount of ___ base rate of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on payment date charged on outstanding amount for each day of delay, including day of payment according to the contract for management of investment portfolio signed between the Company and the Managing director.
