About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2020 No. 73-Z "About the republican budget for 2021"

Based on Item 1 of Article 102 of the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus and in pursuance of part one of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2020 "About the republican budget for 2021" (further - the Law) the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 73-Z

1. Accept to execution the republican budget for 2021 according to the income and expenses with deficit and turnover cash in size on January at 1, 2022 according to the Law.

2. Determine that in 2021:

2.1. the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional, city, district, settlement and rural executive committees state-financed organizations sign agreements on delivery of goods (performance of works, rendering services) if other is not provided by acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus, within the budgetary appropriations provided in the corresponding budget lists approved in accordance with the established procedure (subitem 2.7 of Item 2 of Article 82 of the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus);

2.2. the decisions provided by legal acts are made in the expense limits of the republican budget provided on functional classification of expenses of the budget on:

financing of the expenses connected with natural disasters, accidents and catastrophic crashes (paragraph two of Item 1 of article 17 of the Law, appendix 3 to the Law);
