1.1. compensate to open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank of loss from the loan granting issued to republican unitary production trade enterprise "Orshansky Flax Processing Business" (further - RUPTP "the Orshansky flax processing business") on construction of office housing for his workers according to Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2010 No. 663, in the amount of difference between the refunding rate of National Bank operating for date of compensation increased no more than by 3 percent points of margin and the rate on the credit established in the amount of 5 annual interest rates;
1.2. provided on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture:
