1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 31.08.2011 No. 1163

2. To agricultural organizations taking into account the need for manpower and perspective of organization development to provide to employees of the organizations of health care and culture, preschool institutions, the organizations of education providing primary and general secondary education, to the local militia inspectors staying in agricultural organizations on the registry of the housing conditions needing improvement, office apartment houses (apartments).

3. Bring in the Procedure for use of apartment houses (apartments) built in the rural zone at the expense of soft credits, No. 788 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 1998 (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 15, the Art. 401), the following changes:
