About introduction of amendments to articles 80 and 98.1 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Forest code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 50, Art. 5278; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3599; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4291; No. 50, Art. 7343; 2013, No. 51, Art. 6680; 2016, No. 26, Art. 3887; 2018, No. 1, Art. 55) following changes:

Item 3 of part 2 of Article 80 to declare 1) invalid;

Article 98.1 to add 2) with part 9 of the following content:

"9. The federal executive body authorized on maintaining the register excludes from it information specified in part 3 of this Article after two years from the date of its inclusion in the register or by a court decision.".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Action of provision of part 9 of Article 98.1 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation extends to the legal relationship which arose about day of entry into force of this Federal Law.

3. The information specified regarding 3rd Article 98.1 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation, containing in the register of unfair lessees of the timberland and buyers of forest plantings more than two years on the date of entry into force of this Federal Law is subject to exception of the specified register.
