1. Management within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the petition performs state registration of airfield (helidrome) and grants the Certificate to the commander of air unit (the senior aviation chief of airfield) or refuses registration in case of not compliance of airfield to requirements of Regulations of serviceability of airfields (helidromes), airfield sections of highways and tactical engineering requirements imposed to the airfields of the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2019 No. 761 chipboard (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19521).

5. The certificate is considered and stored in the air unit which is based on airfield (helidrome), aviation division, the aviation organization. Copies of Certificates are stored in Management within 5 years from the date of the expiration of its effective period.".
