1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on providing the check mode in the territory of evacuation areas (alienation), first-priority settling out and the subsequent settling out from which the population, and procedure for the admission of persons on the specified territories is settled out.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 9, 1992 No. 351 "About approval of the Regulations on the check mode in the territory of evacuation area (alienation)" (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1992, No. 17, the Art. 308);
Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 1993 No. 660 "About introduction of amendments to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 1992 No. 190 and of June 9, 1992 No. 351" (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1993, No. 26-27, of the Art. 541).
3. To committee on problems of effects of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to take necessary measures for accomplishment of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
