About modification of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Make changes to Item 5 of the Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 360 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, of the Art. 1923), having added it with subitems 9, 10 following contents:
"9) is provided by self-representation of GMS in courts through the Chairman of GMS, his deputies, and also without personal errand through government employees of legal service of GMS;
10) is provided by self-representation of GMS in courts on personal errands through heads of its territorial authorities, including interregional, government employees of structural divisions of the device GMS and government employees of structural divisions of its territorial authorities, including interregional.".
