Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2019 No. 1956 "About approval of Rules of marking of light industrial goods means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning light industrial goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 2, Art. 198; 2021, No. 3, Art. 594).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2019 No. 1956

1. Add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:

"At the same time till May 1, 2021 participants of turnover of goods of light industry have the right to perform storage and transportation being at them in ownership, and (or) use, and (or) the order of light industrial goods as of January 1, 2021 (remaining balance of goods) and to perform their marking by means of identification for the purpose of the subsequent realization (sale) in case of observance of conditions, the stipulated in Item 54(1) Rules approved by this resolution.".
