About modification of Traffic regulations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2008, No. 75, Art. 2526; 2018, No. 57, the Art. 1995), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Traffic regulations

1. To add Item 1.10 after the paragraph of the twenty ninth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the children's holding system - the equipment capable to hold the child in the sedentary or inclined provision which, in case of collision or sharp braking of the vehicle, reduces danger of injuring of the child who is in it, by restriction of mobility of his body".

With respect thereto the thirtieth - the eighty eighth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the thirty first - the eighty ninth.

2. To state the subitem "b" of Item 21.11 in the following edition:

"b) children, which height less than 145 cm, in vehicles without use of the children's holding systems allowing to fasten the child by means of the seat belts provided by design of this vehicle; on back sitting of the motorcycle and moped, except:

the vehicles performing regular, regular special and irregular passenger bus traffic, on condition of observance of the movement speed limits set by these rules;

specialized ambulances of crews of the emergency (fast) medical care, operational vehicles of the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National police, GSChS, State frontier service, Security service, Management of the state protection during execution of them urgent office task;".
