1. "3. Subsidizing of part of the commission on guarantee is performed on types of activity according to appendix 1 to these rules and according to credit agreements, the corresponding following conditions:

1) issued by banks on investment and replenishment of current assets (including on renewable basis), at the same time the size of current assets constitutes no more than 50 (fifty) percent (further - %) from credit amount. Subsidizing of the loan guarantee which 100 (hundred) % are directed to replenishment of current assets is allowed if the size of this credit does not exceed 50 (fifty) % of the total credited borrower's amount;

2) loan term - no more than 10 (ten) years;

3) the rate of remuneration or return rate applied to financing on the Islamic principles in the amount of no more than 17 (seventeen) % per annum in tenge;

4) loan currency - tenge;

5) with annual repayment of principal debt equal shares on the expiration of grace period;

6) with maximum amount no more than 5 (five) billion tenges;

7) purpose is acquisition of fixed assets, construction, replenishment of current assets, acquisition of farm animals, the equipment and processing equipment.
