About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 No. 146 "About financing of purchase of the modern machinery and equipment":

the second subitem 1.1 of Item 1 after the paragraph of third to add part with the paragraph of the following content:

Regional executive committees monthly in writing inform the organizations performing conversion of products on payment of the current leasing payments for the modern machinery and equipment according to the agreements of finance lease (leasing) signed with JSC Promagroleasing and (or) RO "Belagroservice" at the expense of means of the relevant budgets of basic and (or) regional territorial levels with indication of payment amount on the organizations of agro-industrial complex - leasing recipients.";
