About modification and amendments in the Family code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 9 of the Family code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 (further - the Code):

Article 3. In article 18 of the Code:

The last paragraph to exclude 1) from part 2;

2) part 3 to recognize invalid.

Article 4. In article 35 of the Code:

"The performing bodies" shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 3 words "the making body", and to add the same part after words of "the child's father" with words of "(natural father)";

The last paragraph to exclude 2) from part 3;

3) part 4 to recognize invalid.
