About modification and amendments in the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. "About the state fee" (further - the Law) to state the Item "g" of part 1 of article 7 of the Law of December 27, 1997 to No. ZR-186 in the following edition:

"d) for civil registration, for issue of the certificate, duplicate of the certificate or reference based on registration, for recovery of the act of civil status, for entering of correction, change or amendment into the act of civil status, for issue of the certificate or reference based on it, for issue of the certificate of marital status, for apostilization of official documents of the Republic of Armenia;".

Article 2. In article 12 of the Law:

1) in part 1:

and. in Item 1 of the word "in fivefold size" shall be replaced with words "in thirtyfold size";

. in Item 5 of the word "in triple size" shall be replaced with words "in fivefold size";

to add Item 6 after the word "duties" with the words "in tenfold size" century;

in Item 8 of the word "in triple size" shall be replaced with words "in fivefold size";

as Items 2, of 7, 9-11 and 13 to recognize invalid;

e. state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. For issue of the certificate of lack of scrap in the Republic of Armenia in tenfold size of basic duty";

2) part 2 to recognize invalid.

Article 3. In Item 34 of article 20 of the Law of the word "in fivefold size" shall be replaced with words "in sevenfold size".

Article 4. In article 25 of the Law:

1) in part 1:

"b) citizens - in case of obtaining new state certificates based on correction of spelling errors or separate letters or figures in assembly registration of civil status;";

. add with the Items "d", "e", "zh" and "z":

"e) pensioners;
