About entering of amendments into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 18 of the Law of May 7, 2002 with Item 18.1 of the following content:
"18. 1) according to the proposal of the head of community is approved by the list of places in the territories which are property of community where the parking of vehicles for the purpose of sale and lease is allowed;".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 35 of the Law with Item 18.1 of the following content:
"18. 1) is represented to the Council of Elders of community by the offer on approval of the list of places in the territories which are property of community where the parking of vehicles for the purpose of sale and lease is allowed;".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since June 1, 2021.
