Changes which are made to Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Item 53:

in paragraph four the word "obligatory" to exclude;

the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"In the explanatory note to drafts of acts information on availability or absence in the draft of the act of requirements which are connected with implementation of business and other economic activity and which assessment of observance is performed within the state control (supervision), municipal control, administrative prosecution, provision of licenses and other permissions, accreditation, assessment of conformity of products, other forms of assessment and examination (further - mandatory requirements), about the corresponding type of the state control (supervision), type of allowing activities and expected responsibility for violation of mandatory requirements or effects of their non-compliance is also specified.";
