1.1. state the name in the following edition:
"About approval of the Instruction about procedure for application, carrying and servicing of electronic control facilities";
1.2. in preamble:
shall be replaced with words words of "item 4" "Item 1";
exclude the words "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Organizations Which Are a Part of the System of Law-enforcement Bodies";
1.3. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for application, carrying and servicing of electronic control facilities it (is applied).";
1.4. in the Instruction about procedure for application, carrying and servicing of electronic control facilities for the suspect or the person accused to whom the measure of restraint in the form of house arrest is applied, approved by this resolution:
state the name in the following edition:
