the copy of the act of the public authority or local government body published within its competence and according to the procedure which is established by the legislation existing in the place of the publication of such act at the time of its edition confirming provision of the parcel of land in permanent (termless) use;

the copy of the agreement signed according to the legislation existing in the location of the parcel of land at the time of the transaction confirming provision of the parcel of land in lease, free use;

other documents which in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation confirm provision of the parcel of land.
