1. The paragraph third Item 1 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning improvement of the investment climate in Ukraine" (2017, 48, No. 17, the Art. 215) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 5-6, in the following edition:

"the subitem 2 of Item 27 (concerning Item 61.3 of Article 61), the subitem 3 of Item 43 (concerning Item 78.3 of Article 78), Item 133 (concerning Item 344.1 of Article 344), Item 134 of the Section II (about exception of the Section XVIII-2) - from the date of decision making by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about the beginning of activities of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine, but no later than six months from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
